Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

Am I too old to start lifting?

No. Lots of people start lifting in their 50s and 60s. We start where you are and build from there.

I have an old injury. Can I still train?

Usually, yes. We work around it and build strength around it. Tell me what's going on at your first meeting, and if your doctor has given you limits, we follow them.

How far is Atlas Strength from Roslyn?

About 15 minutes south, depending on traffic. Most people take Glen Cove Road south toward Old Country Road. The gym is at 558 Westbury Ave in Carle Place.

Do you train Roslyn High athletes?

Yes. I coach high school athletes from around the area year-round, 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring.

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Will other people be in the gym during my session?

No. Daytime 1-on-1 sessions are fully private: just you and your coach, nobody else in the gym. Evenings (7 to 9 pm) can have a few Hybrid Training Program members training too, with very limited spots.

Do I need experience?

No. Plenty of my clients had never lifted before. I'll teach you everything from the ground up.
