Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

How far is Atlas Strength from East Meadow?

About 15 minutes north, depending on traffic. Most people come up Merrick Avenue, which turns into Post Avenue in Westbury, or take the Meadowbrook Parkway. The gym is at 558 Westbury Ave in Carle Place.

I've never lifted. Will I feel out of place?

No. Daytime sessions are private, so it's just you and me. I'll teach you every lift from the ground up, at your pace.

Can I join the women's strongman group?

Yes. It's the one group people can join on their own, and it's growing. Reach out and I'll tell you how it works.

Do you train East Meadow High and W.T. Clarke athletes?

Yes. I coach high school athletes from around the area year-round, 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring.

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Will other people be in the gym during my session?

No. Daytime 1-on-1 sessions are fully private: just you and your coach, nobody else in the gym. Evenings (7 to 9 pm) can have a few Hybrid Training Program members training too, with very limited spots.

Can I train with you online if I can't make it in?

Yes. Online coaching with Patrick is delivered through the Atlas Strength app, with a program built for you and regular check-ins with me.
