Semi-guided training · Mon–Fri, 7–9 pm

Patrick's programming. Semi-guided coaching.

Train at Atlas Strength on weekday evenings following Patrick's programming in the Atlas Strength app. Patrick checks in throughout your session to coach your lifts, fix your form and adjust your training as you go. It's not full 1-on-1 coaching, and it's not a traditional open gym. No walk-ins.

Patrick Rice, owner and head coach of Atlas Strength

Your coach

Patrick Rice

I compete in strongman and powerlifting myself, and I built this program for lifters who want to train on my programming in a serious gym, with my coaching along the way, without full 1-on-1 sessions.

I write the programming myself, follow your training in the app, and I'm usually in the gym during evening hours to coach, check your lifts and make adjustments.

Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

Is this an open gym?

Not a traditional one. There's no walk-in or drop-in access. It's semi-guided coaching: you sign up with Patrick, follow his programming in the Atlas Strength app, and train during evening hours with Patrick checking in on your lifts throughout the session.

What are the hours?

Monday to Friday, 7 to 9 pm.

Is a coach there?

Yes. Patrick is usually on site during evening hours and checks in with every member throughout the session: coaching lifts, fixing form and adjusting training. It's semi-guided, not full 1-on-1 coaching.

Can I use the strongman equipment?

Yes. Evening members train with the full facility, including Atlas stones, log, yoke, kegs, specialty bars and the outdoor turf.

Do I need experience?

You should be comfortable moving around a gym and following a program. If you're new to lifting, 1-on-1 training is the better place to start, and you can move into the evening program later.

How do I join?

Apply using the form below, or call or text (516) 524-3420. Spots are very limited.
