Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

When should football players train?

All year. The off-season is for building strength, size and speed. In-season training is shorter and keeps players strong through the last game.

Is lifting safe for high school players?

Yes, when it's properly coached. Technique always comes before heavy weight.

Will this help my player put on size?

Yes. Strength training plus nutrition coaching helps players add muscle that carries over to the field.

Do you train whole teams?

Yes. I work with high school teams and small groups as well as 1-on-1. Coaches and parents can reach out to set up a session.

Do you teach football skills?

No. I handle strength, speed, conditioning and nutrition. Football technique stays with their coaches.

What about injuries?

Neck, shoulder and hamstring work is built in to help players stay healthy. If a player is coming back from an injury, we start once they're cleared.
