Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

How far is Atlas Strength from Hicksville?

About 10 minutes west, depending on traffic. The gym is at 558 Westbury Ave in Carle Place, just past Westbury. Most people come down Old Country Road or take the Northern State.

Can I get there by train?

Yes. Port Jefferson Branch trains run from Hicksville to Carle Place, two stops west. Not every train stops at Carle Place, so check the schedule before you go.

Do you train Hicksville and Holy Trinity athletes?

Yes. I coach high school athletes from around the area year-round, 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring with you. I've also trained local football and wrestling teams. In season we keep you strong and healthy, and the off-season is where the big gains happen.

What times can I train?

Sessions are by appointment and scheduled around your week. Daytime sessions are fully private, and late morning to early afternoon is the easiest time to get a spot. From 7 to 9 pm a few Hybrid Training Program members can be in the gym too.

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Do I need experience?

No. Plenty of my clients had never lifted before. I'll teach you everything from the ground up.

Can I train with you online if I can't make it in?

Yes. Online coaching with Patrick is delivered through the Atlas Strength app, with a program built for you and regular check-ins with me.
