What clients say about training at Atlas Strength.

★★★★★Training around an injury
“I came in dealing with some right shoulder issues, and instead of just having me push through pain or avoid certain movements altogether, he took the time to show me different techniques and modifications… That level of personalized attention and knowledge is hard to find at most gyms.”
Luciano R. · Google review
★★★★★Service academy fitness test
“I started training in January 2025 for my fitness test for the U.S. Service Academies in June. Because of his training, I was able to max out my push-ups and build strength in every category.”
Katherine M. · Google review
★★★★★Back to lifting after kids
“After having two kids in the last 4 years, I didn't think I would ever get back into heavy lifting… I have not only gotten my strength back after my kids, but it's better than ever, and my body feels good while I do it.”

How far is Atlas Strength from Mineola?

About 5 to 10 minutes. Carle Place is right next door to the east, and the gym is at 558 Westbury Ave. You can also take the LIRR to Carle Place. The station is 1 block from the gym.

Can I get there by train?

Yes. Carle Place is one stop east of Mineola on the Port Jefferson Branch. Not every train stops at Carle Place, so check the schedule before you go.

I work shifts. Can you work around that?

Yes. Sessions are by appointment and scheduled around your week, so changing shifts aren't a problem. Late morning and early afternoon are the easiest times to get a spot.

I sit at a desk all day and my back is stiff. Can I still train?

Yes. We start with how you move, then build strength around it. Tell me what's going on at your first meeting and I'll plan around it.

Do you train Mineola High and Chaminade athletes?

Yes. I coach high school athletes from around the area year-round, 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring.

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Can I train with you online if I can't make it in?

Yes. Online coaching with Patrick is delivered through the Atlas Strength app, with a program built for you and regular check-ins with me.
