My focus as a coach has always been fixing how people move. Mobility is the starting point for almost every client I work with.

Sessions can be standalone mobility work, or added to your strength training so you move better and lift better.

Is this the same as stretching?

It includes stretching, but it goes further. We work on range of motion and the strength to control it, so the results last.

Can I book mobility sessions on their own?

Yes. You can book mobility and stretching sessions on their own, or build them into your strength training.

How long are sessions?

Every session is 60 minutes.

I have pain. Can mobility work help?

Often, yes, especially for stiffness and tightness. I don't diagnose injuries, so if something needs a doctor or physical therapist, I'll tell you.

Will I get homework?

Yes. You'll get simple routines to do at home so you keep making progress between sessions.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No. That's what the sessions are for. We start where you are.
