Your coach

Patrick Rice

I keep Atlas Strength small and private on purpose. I coach every session myself and write every program around the person in front of me.

I coach women the same way I coach anyone: learn to move well, then get as strong as you want to be. No pink dumbbells, no watered-down programs.

Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

Will lifting heavy make me bulky?

No. Building noticeable muscle takes years of focused training and eating for it. For most women, lifting means looking leaner, firmer and feeling stronger.

I've never lifted. Is this for me?

Yes. Many of my clients started from zero. Every movement is taught step by step and scaled to where you are today.

Can I train after having a baby?

Yes, once your doctor clears you. We rebuild gradually, starting with the basics, and progress as your body is ready.

I want to lose weight. Is strength training better than cardio?

Strength training builds the muscle that shapes your body and helps you keep the weight off. Paired with a nutrition plan, it's one of the most effective ways to change your body composition.

Can women compete in strongman or powerlifting?

Absolutely. I coach women for both, from first meet to experienced competitors getting back on the platform.

Can you help with nutrition too?

Yes. I offer nutrition plans built around real food and your schedule, not crash diets.
