I write every program around the person in front of me, including old injuries, stiff joints and a busy schedule. I coach every session myself.

My focus is fixing how people move. Getting that right first is what lets you get stronger without getting hurt, at any age.

“I was a middle age woman that had to lose weight and needed to get in shape… I lost over 40lbs got in great physical strength and shape… I am now 61yrs old and love going to this gym 3x a week.”

★★★★★Training around an injury
“I came in dealing with some right shoulder issues, and instead of just having me push through pain or avoid certain movements altogether, he took the time to show me different techniques and modifications… That level of personalized attention and knowledge is hard to find at most gyms.”

★★★★★Back to lifting
“After having two kids in the last 4 years, I didn't think I would ever get back into heavy lifting… I have not only gotten my strength back after my kids, but it's better than ever, and my body feels good while I do it.”

Is it too late to start lifting in my 40s, 50s or 60s?

No. People start strength training in every decade of life and get stronger. One of my clients started in middle age, lost over 40 lbs and now trains 3 times a week at 61.

I have bad knees, a bad back or an old injury. Can I still train?

Usually, yes. We work around limitations, fix how you move first, and choose exercises and modifications that build strength without making things worse. If something needs a doctor's input, I'll tell you.

I used to lift. Can I go back to what I did before?

We get you there gradually. Your muscles remember more than you think, but tendons and joints need time to catch up, so we build back smart.

Is heavy lifting safe as I get older?

When it's coached and progressed properly, yes. Weight is added only when your technique is solid and your body is ready.

Why strength training instead of just cardio?

Cardio is great for your heart, but strength training is what keeps muscle, bone and balance as you age. The best plan includes both.

Can you help with nutrition too?

Yes. I offer nutrition plans built around real food and your schedule, not crash diets.
