If you play for Westbury High, the off-season is where you get stronger, faster and harder to hurt. I coach athletes 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring, and I've trained local football and wrestling teams. Sports performance training →

Questions

FAQ

Anything else? Call or text (516) 524-3420.

How close is Atlas Strength to Westbury?

A few minutes. The gym is at 558 Westbury Ave in Carle Place, just west of Westbury.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. Semi-private training is for 2 to 4 people you bring with you. Each person pays a lower rate than 1-on-1, and it drops a little more for bigger groups.

Do you offer kickboxing?

Yes. Fitness kickboxing is 1-on-1 pad work and heavy bag conditioning. It's a workout, not fight training.

Can I train in the evening?

Yes. The Hybrid Training Program runs Monday to Friday, 7 to 9 pm, with programming in the app and me on the floor. Spots are limited.

Do you train Westbury High athletes?

Yes. I coach high school athletes from around the area year-round, 1-on-1 or in a small group you bring.

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Do I need experience?

No. Plenty of my clients had never lifted before. I'll teach you everything from the ground up.
