What clients say about training at Atlas Strength.

★★★★★Training around an injury
“I came in dealing with some right shoulder issues, and instead of just having me push through pain or avoid certain movements altogether, he took the time to show me different techniques and modifications… That level of personalized attention and knowledge is hard to find at most gyms.”
Luciano R. · Google review
★★★★★Never overwhelmed
“He knows exactly how to push me without ever making me feel overwhelmed, and every session feels purposeful and personalized.”
Shanna F. · Google review
★★★★★Lost 60+ lbs
“When I started, I was 70 pounds overweight (if not more) and very out of shape. Thanks to Patrick's guidance and support, I've lost over 60 pounds and can now lift over 400 pounds – something I never thought possible.”

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Evening Coaching Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Will other people be in the gym during my session?

No. Daytime 1-on-1 sessions are fully private: just you and your coach, nobody else in the gym. Evenings (7 to 9 pm) can have a few Evening Coaching Program members training too, with very limited spots.

How far ahead should I start?

The earlier the better. Eight to twelve weeks gives you time to build real strength and conditioning, but we can still help with less. Tell me your test date and we'll plan around it.

Do you know my test's standards?

Bring the current official standards from your department, branch or academy. Standards change, so we train to the exact requirements for your test.

Can you help with the run?

Yes. Running, pacing and conditioning are built into your plan, along with strength work to keep you healthy.

I failed my test before. Can you help?

Yes. We look at which events held you back and focus your training there before your retest.

Can I train online if I'm not local?

Yes. Online coaching can follow the same plan, with video review of your push-ups, pull-ups and other events.

How long are sessions?

Every session is 60 minutes.
