Semi-private training · Carle Place, NY

Bring your crew. Get coached together.

Bring your own group of 2 to 4: a friend, partner, family members or teammates. You train together at your own scheduled time, each person on their own program, all coached by Patrick. You don't join a group of strangers. Each person pays a lower rate than 1-on-1.

This is for you if…

Semi-private isn't a class you sign up for and it isn't a group you join. You bring the people you want to train with, and your group gets its own session time.

Questions

FAQ

How much does training cost?

It depends on how often you train and which option you choose. Semi-private training with a friend, the Hybrid Training Program and online coaching all cost less than 1-on-1. I'll go over exact pricing at your meeting, with no pressure and no contracts.

Will other people be in the gym during my session?

During the day, no. It's just your group and your coach, nobody else in the gym. Evenings (7 to 9 pm) can have Hybrid Training and open gym members training too.

Is semi-private the same as a group class?

No. Semi-private is for a group you bring yourself, like friends, a partner or family. There are no open classes to join. Each person has their own program and is coached individually.

Is semi-private cheaper than 1-on-1?

Yes. Each person pays their own rate, and it's lower than a 1-on-1 session. The price isn't split between the group, and the rate goes down a little more as your group gets bigger. Call or text (516) 524-3420 for current rates.

Can I join an existing group?

Not for semi-private, which is for groups you bring yourself. The one exception is the women's strongman group, which has a few open spots. Otherwise, if you're training on your own, 1-on-1 training is the way to go.

Do I need experience?

No, though many people start with a few 1-on-1 sessions to learn the basics first. We'll figure out what fits you.

How many people can be in my group?

Usually 2 to 4, so everyone gets real coaching. Call or text (516) 524-3420 if your group is bigger.

Can I switch between 1-on-1 and semi-private?

Yes. We can talk about what fits your goals and schedule.

How long are sessions?

Every session is 60 minutes.
