Your coach
I've coached at Atlas Strength since 2015, hold a BS in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland and still compete in strongman myself. I've prepped lifters for strongman and powerlifting meets and coached athletes through the off-season.
I'm on the floor Monday to Friday, 7 to 9 pm, coaching lifts and helping however you need.

“I went to Pat because I was looking to compete in strongman after not competing for ~5yrs. He was a tremendous help with getting my technique dialed in and getting competition ready.”
