1-on-1 sessions are geared towards clients looking for private training without any distractions. The private training sessions allow for me as a coach the time to teach my clients how to correct postural imbalances and joint dysfunctions, an often overlooked part of fitness. This is done through specific mobility and strength exercises catered towards their specific needs. This in turn will help build a better, more athletic, and pain free body and set up a solid foundation to express a persons true potential. A customized workout plan will be molded through the first few weeks that takes into account other qualities such as your current fitness level, past or current injuries, and your overall goals.

Online Strength Coaching

With a long and in depth history of competing in powerlifting and strongman at the National level, I help create programs that are molded towards each individual clients needs. Through regular check-ins, video analysis, and feedback, I will provide the guidance and accountability you need to stay motivated and on track. With a thorough assessment of mobility restrictions, muscular weaknesses, structural dysfunctions and misalignments, and overall athletic capabilities I create a personalized programs that fulfills your needs and molds as new limitations and goals materialize. The training style is set up in distinct phases such as Restoration, General Prep, Skill, Hypertrophy, and Competition Peaking.

Jiujitsu Classes

Jujitsu Classes provide self defense skills, physical fitness, mental discipline, stress relief, self confidence, discipline, and a community of like minded people. All experience and fitness levels are welcomed.

Group Training is for anybody looking for semi private coaching with the option of customized programs to keep you on track with your goals. The coach will oversee the Technique and exercise selection while helping to fill in the gaps that your training might have been missing. A good option for anybody competing in a sport or looking for more cost efficient coaching.
